WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

We are located in a neighborhood, so there is street parking only.  We ask that you respect our neighbors and do not block driveways or sidewalks as we have ADA neighbors who need clear sidewalk accessibility including crosswalks.

We are located close to downtown, so we recommend ride-shares, taxis, or public transportation.  Trimet has a trip planner you can access here: trimet.org/home/planner

HOW DO I KNOW IF A SHOW IS 21+ OR ALL AGES?

All specific show information will be found on its own event page, located on the All Shows page. Last minute changes happen, so have mercy on us.

For All Ages shows, we ask your age group at time of ticket purchase. This is so we know how best to divide the room properly to comply with OLCC rules and regulations on separating minors and drinking adults.

At 21+ shows only, our OLCC license does not allow minors on the property or in the building.  No exceptions.

WHAT TIME DO THE BANDS GO ON?

We don’t usually have the full run of show information until the day of the performance.  Most shows have a door time, then there is an opener some time later, and then the headliners.  Things change with more than two artists, and sometimes there is just one artist, and when that happens, we say it is “AN EVENING WITH” so you know they are the only ones playing that evening.

We have run sheets posted on the front doors, throughout the venue, and in the lounge in the lower level of the building when we have finalized the information.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

We do not allow suitcases or bags larger than your human body. We do thorough bag checks before entering. You may check a bag during our cold seasons at the coat check.

NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE.

No drugs of any kind or drug paraphernalia allowed inside the venue.

DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?

Coat check starts up around October 1st and closes when it gets warm. We take it day by day starting in April. It is $3 cash per item.

CAN I BRING A WATER BOTTLE?

No water bottles or outside beverages are allowed.

We do have free water stations on each floor with biodegradable recycled paper cups, and bottled water is sold for $2 at the bars. These bottles and caps are both biodegradable Oregon Rain products.

WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?

Our box office is only open on show days between 7pm -10pm.  You can also buy tickets to all future shows at the box office with a reduced service fee!

Sold-out-in-advance shows may have a small amount of tickets released on the day of the show, but not always. Get your tickets early to ensure your spot.

IF I CAN'T STAND THE WHOLE SHOW, WHAT CAN I DO?

We have 36 fixed seats in our balcony for ages 21+ First Come First Serve.  Balcony seats may not be open for all shows.

In that case, you can ask our security standing on either side of the stage for a chair, and they will be happy to help you.

Explore our lower lounge that has some seating and a smoking patio for those 21+. We also have two benches in our entry hallway to take a break from dancing if needed.

Wonder Ballroom is ADA Accessible, please see our info page here

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY?

778 open floor or 450 if chairs are used.

WHAT IS THE PHOTO POLICY?

Unless you have a photo pass, (and only artists, their management, or promoter can give them out) leave your camera with a removable lens at home.  Most artists do not allow photography with professional cameras at their performances without permission, and no… we will not ask for permission for you.

DO YOU HAVE LOST & FOUND?

If you leave or lose something, please contact us at info@wonderballroom.com, and we will try and reunite you with your item.  Please keep in mind, we do not keep regular business hours and response may be delayed.

We will only hold lost coats, bags, or Credit Cards for 15 days.  After that, we discard the items.
