kwn (pronounced kay-wuhn) is an East London-born singer, songwriter, and producer known for her sultry blend of R&B music and captivating lyrics. Raised in Walthamstow with a DJ father and music-obsessed mother, she began crafting music at an early age. In March 2025, kwn was named Billboard’s “Rookie of the Month,” where she was recognized for her rising stardom in music. Earlier this year, kwn teamed up with Kehlani for her alluring remix and music video of her breakout song “worst behaviour.” The steamy, must-watch video gained viral attention and was the talk of social media, garnering 22 million views to date.  

In the summer of 2025, kwn released her highly anticipated 9-track EP, with all due respect – a bold return to the heart of R&B. The project is a carefully crafted body of work that spans late-night confessions, seductive love ballads, and emotional introspection. The previous year, she released the original version of “worst behaviour,” which garnered massive social media support and established her as one of R&B’s most exciting new voices. She also unveiled her self-produced single “eyes wide open,” an intimate exploration of rekindled emotions and romantic tension, which has amassed over 14 million streams worldwide and led to a live performance at Destin Conrad’s headlining summer show in London. kwn also collaborated with Jordan Adetunji on his infectious single “Too Many Women,” and appeared in the music video.
