Directions To Get Here

From South: Take I-5 N, exit 302A, left on NE Broadway, right on NE Williams, then right on NE Russell.

From North: Take I-5 S, exit 302A, right on N. Broadway, then right on N. Flint, and right on NE Russell.

Public Transit: The #6 MLK bus stops one block east on Russell Street. View Schedule.

Where Can I Park?

Street parking only. Please respect our neighbors by not blocking driveways or sidewalks. We recommend ride-shares, taxis, or public transit. Plan Your Trip.

 
 
 

TICKETS

How Do I Buy Tickets?

Buy tickets on our website or at the box office (open show days from 7 pm to 10 pm). All sales are final.

Official tickets are available only through Etix – unauthorized sellers aren’t guaranteed, and we can’t refund them. 

Sold Out Shows: Sometimes extra tickets are released on the day of the show, but it’s not guaranteed.

Ticket Access

Tickets are available via your mobile device 3 days before the concert. Having trouble? Locate Your Tickets Here.

Please screenshot and/ or save your tickets to your mobile wallet for easy access. Make sure to have your tickets ready when you get to the venue. 

Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon completion of the transaction. If you have spam blocking or require senders to seek approval, you may not have received it. Please check your spam or junk mail folders.

Can’t Attend?

All ticket sales are final, and we have a non-transferable, non-refundable, no exceptions policy. At your own risk, you’re welcome to give your tickets to a friend or someone who can attend. Refunds only offered if a show is canceled or rescheduled; in this scenario, ticket holders will be notified of the new date via purchaser email through Etix.

With immense respect for our customers and our artists, we cannot and will not process refunds for any other reason. We thank everyone in advance for your kind understanding of the above stated policy.

SHOW INFORMATION

Age Restrictions

Find specific age requirements on each event’s page. For 21+ shows, OLCC rules don’t allow minors in the venue. No exceptions.

Schedule

We often don’t know the official schedule until the day of the show and even then, it is subject to change. Most shows have a posted door time, followed by an opener, then headliners. Look for “AN EVENING WITH” when there’s only one artist.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

HOUSE RULES

Entry Policy

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons, without refund of ticket, for any violation of posted or un-posted policies.

Bag Policy

No backpacks, suitcases, or large bags. Small bags may be searched. It is our security staff’s discretion to allow or not allow any bags. You may check your bag at coat check during the cold season. 

No Outside Food/Drink

Free water stations are available. No water bottles allowed.

Prohibited Items

Illegal substances, weapons, false IDs, and permanent markers.

Respectful Behavior is Expected

Patrons will be denied entry or escorted out of the building if any of the following is observed: Willful damage to the property, cursing or verbal harassment towards other customers or staff, inconsiderate behavior towards other customers or staff, any form of inappropriate, racial or physical harassment (including displaying symbols that the venue deems to be threatening), intoxication before entry, consumption of any alcoholic beverage not purchased on premise, smoking in non-designated areas, and violence of any nature.

Coat Check

Available from October to April, $3 per item (cash only). We take it day by day and do not offer coat check in the warmer months.

Seating Options

For those who need to sit, there’s limited seating in the balcony (21+ only – The balcony may not be open for all shows) based on “first come first serve,” and seating in our lower lounge.

Photography

No cameras with removable lenses unless you have a photo pass from the artist or promoter.

Lost & Found

Email us at info@wonderballroom.com for lost items. We hold items for 15 days. After that, we discard them.
